Francis D. Parisi, Esq.

     Francis D. Parisi, Esq. is the principal of PARISI LAW ASSOCIATES, P.C., a real estate and business law firm located in Providence, RI.    Mr. Parisi has assisted a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate owners, developers, management companies and investors, and has been involved in all phases of real estate development.   Mr. Parisi has represented many different mortgage lenders and brokers, and has successfully closed on the purchase, financing and/or refinancing of hundreds of residential, multi-family and commercial properties throughout New England.   Mr. Parisi has also represented landowners and developers before the zoning and planning boards of many cities and towns throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including Cape Cod and the Islands, and is also an agent and/or approved attorney for several title insurance companies. 

     In addition, Francis D. Parisi, Esq. provides legal services to many small and medium-sized businesses and investors.  Mr. Parisi has drafted and negotiated a wide range of corporate and business related documentation, including formation, acquisition, sale, financing, licensing, employment, franchise and non-competition agreements; and has counseled management on corporate, tax, contract, labor, antitrust, risk management and litigation issues.

     Francis D. Parisi, Esq. also owns and operates TERRACORD, LLC, a real estate consulting company that provides site acquisition, leasing, zoning and permitting, construction management, and site maintenance services throughout New England.   TERRACORD, LLC also serves as a Qualified Intermediary to real estate investors conducting Like-Kind Exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.

      Francis D. Parisi, Esq has written and lectured extensively on a variety of real estate and corporate law issues.  Mr. Parisi is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  Mr. Parisi is a graduate of the University of Illinois (BA with honors) and Boston College Law School (JD Magna Cum Laude).
